It turned out to be a great place to relax and pamper ourselves! We went for the classic manicure and pedicure, and the pricing was reasonable for the service provided. The staff were friendly, patient, and paid great attention to detail throughout the session. What impressed me the most was how thorough they were in cleaning and preparing the nails. They took their time to carefully remove the dirt and tidy up the cuticles instead of rushing through the process, which made the whole treatment feel much more professional. The salon had a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making it a nice place to rest our tired feet after a long day of walking around the mall. I’m quite picky when it comes to my nail shape and color, but they took the time to perfect the shape I wanted and even helped me find the exact color I was looking for. I really appreciated how careful and accommodating they were throughout the appointment. The service was 10/10, and the location is super convenient too. I’ll definitely be coming back. "Terrible experience. Went in for a pedicure, after prepping my nails, the lady told me to choose the colors while she went to the washroom. Did not come back to me at all, and was ultimately served by a second lady. I saw the first one just sitting with her colleagues having her meal, extremely unprofessional. Was in a rush and couldn't really check the pedicure, but I got home and had a closer look, and the gel polish was all over my skin around my toes (you can see the shiny parts and bits of green on my skin), and the polish wasn't even sealed well on the big toe, it's going to lift soon. Paying for the spa pedicure, cny surcharge, AND having peeled skin on my feet still? Subpar work and attitude"

"My nail artist Yen Lu is very good and gentle. It was my first time doing gel nail polish and she is able to explain to my queries clearly and curb my little anxiety. Price is ok. Place is comfortable. Crew is helpful in searching for the color i wanted. Highly recommended ❤️"
